Payment Methods

1. Available Payment Method

Beaurium currently accepts PayPal for purchases made through our online store. PayPal allows customers to complete payment through the PayPal checkout process using the payment options available within their PayPal account and according to PayPal's own payment requirements.

2. How PayPal Checkout Works

When you are ready to place an order, select the available PayPal payment option during checkout. The payment process is handled through PayPal's checkout environment, where you can review the transaction details before authorizing payment.

3. Payment Information

Payment transactions through PayPal are processed according to PayPal's applicable systems, terms, and security procedures. Beaurium does not require customers to send payment credentials to us by email or through other communication channels.

For your protection, do not send passwords, PayPal login credentials, security codes, or other confidential payment information to Beaurium customer support. If payment verification is required, our team will provide appropriate instructions without requesting unnecessary confidential credentials.

4. Order Total and Payment Amount

The total amount payable for an order is presented during checkout before the payment is authorized. Customers should review the complete order summary, including product prices and applicable shipping charges, before completing payment.

Beaurium currently applies a flat-rate shipping charge of $6.99 to eligible orders. The applicable order total will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the final amount shown at checkout and ensuring that the transaction is authorized for the correct order.

5. Payment Confirmation

A successful payment is an important part of completing an online order. However, beginning or attempting a payment does not necessarily mean that the transaction has been successfully completed.

An order is considered ready for normal processing after the checkout system receives the appropriate payment confirmation. If payment remains pending, fails, or cannot be verified, order processing may be delayed until the payment status is resolved.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

A payment may fail for a number of reasons, including an issue with the customer's PayPal account, an authorization problem, an unavailable funding source, account restrictions, or a temporary technical issue.

If your payment does not complete successfully, please review the information displayed by PayPal and follow the instructions provided during checkout.

Beaurium cannot override PayPal's payment authorization decisions. If PayPal declines or prevents a transaction, customers may need to resolve the issue through their PayPal account or PayPal's customer support resources.

• Confirm that you are using the correct PayPal account.
• Check whether your PayPal account has any restrictions or pending issues.
• Review the payment information available in your PayPal account.
• Retry the checkout process if the issue appears to be temporary.
• Contact Beaurium if you believe your order was affected by a payment error.

7. Pending Payments

In some situations, PayPal may display a payment as pending or otherwise require additional processing before the transaction is fully completed.

While a payment remains unresolved, Beaurium may be unable to treat the order as fully paid for fulfillment purposes. Customers should avoid placing repeated orders simply because a payment appears to be delayed unless they have confirmed that the original transaction was unsuccessful.

If you are unsure whether a payment was completed, check your PayPal account and your Beaurium order confirmation before attempting another purchase.

8. Duplicate Payments or Duplicate Orders

If you believe that you have accidentally completed a payment more than once, please contact Beaurium support as soon as possible with the relevant order information.

Do not immediately place another order if you are unsure whether the first transaction succeeded. Checking your PayPal transaction history and Beaurium order confirmation first can help prevent duplicate purchases.

If multiple orders were successfully placed, each order may be handled separately according to its current fulfillment status and the applicable Cancel / Change Order Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

9. Payment Security

Beaurium takes reasonable steps to provide a secure online checkout experience. Payment transactions are completed through the payment process provided by PayPal rather than requiring customers to send payment credentials directly to Beaurium.

Customers should also take appropriate precautions when accessing their PayPal account. Always verify that you are using the legitimate checkout experience and never share your PayPal password or security credentials with another person.

10. Payment and Order Processing

Once successful payment confirmation is received, orders generally move into Beaurium's fulfillment process according to our standard handling schedule.

11. Currency and International Transactions

Beaurium displays product and order pricing in U.S. dollars (USD). If your PayPal account uses a different currency, PayPal may apply its own currency conversion process, exchange rate, or applicable fees.

Any currency conversion performed by PayPal is subject to PayPal's applicable policies and terms. Beaurium does not control the exchange rate or conversion fees that may be applied by PayPal or another financial institution.

12. Refunds to PayPal

When a refund is approved under Beaurium's applicable Return & Refund Policy, the refund is generally issued through the original payment method used for the transaction.

Beaurium does not charge a separate refund processing fee for eligible refunds. Once a refund has been initiated, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer's PayPal account may depend on PayPal's processing procedures.

13. Payment Disputes and Questions

If you have a question about an order payment, please contact Beaurium support with your order number and the email address used during checkout.

For questions relating specifically to PayPal account access, payment authorization, account restrictions, or PayPal transaction functionality, customers may also need to contact PayPal directly.

Beaurium can assist with questions concerning the Beaurium order itself, including order status, product information, fulfillment, shipping, and applicable refund requests.

14. Order Cancellations and Payment

If an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment and a refund is due, Beaurium will process the applicable refund according to the Cancel / Change Order Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should not assume that a payment can be reversed simply because a cancellation request has been submitted. The order must first be reviewed based on its current fulfillment status.

If an order has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be available. In that situation, the applicable return process may apply instead.

15. Customer Responsibilities

To help ensure a smooth payment and checkout experience, customers are responsible for:

• Reviewing the order details before completing payment.
• Providing accurate shipping and contact information.
• Using an authorized PayPal account or payment source.
• Keeping PayPal account credentials secure.
• Reviewing the final order total before authorization.
• Retaining order confirmation and relevant transaction information.
• Contacting Beaurium promptly if a payment or order issue occurs.

16. Changes to Available Payment Methods

Beaurium may add, remove, or modify available payment methods as our checkout services and business operations change.

If additional payment methods become available in the future, the checkout page and this Payment Methods page may be updated to reflect those options. Customers should rely on the payment methods actually displayed at the time of checkout.

At present, PayPal is the only payment method available through Beaurium checkout.

If you experience difficulty completing payment or have questions about a Beaurium order, our support team can help review the order information and provide guidance on the next steps.

For account-specific issues involving PayPal, including login problems, account limitations, or payment authorization decisions, the customer may need to work directly with PayPal.
